The powder is mixed by manual feeding. The mixed raw materials are put into the hot extruder to automatically extrude the cooked noodles. The fully automatic quantitative cutting (80g / 100g per package), automatic bowl dropping and pre drying, manual transfer to the transfer cart, and fully automatic temperature control and humidity drying.

The instant noodles produced by this production line are healthy non fried products with smooth taste and continuous soaking. The product can be eaten after brewing in boiling water for 5 minutes, and can be matched with seasoning bags of various flavors.
